What goes into the pricing of liposuction? There are a couple of factors that are involved in how we come up with our total cost for patients for their procedure. First off, it's very individualized, so it's going to be based on their body mass index and size. Secondly, it's going to be based on other things that we know make them comfortable such as anesthesia cost, our facility cost, and then the number of sites that they're having. Certainly as patients do more sites, they're going to get discounts for additional areas. If they were just coming in for their abdomen and waist, there's a pretty straightforward way for us to come up with their total cost which is you know, averaging between $8-12,000 for a waist and abdomen. Now if they add additional sites, they might get discounts for those sites since they're already under anesthesia, and the facility cost has already been covered.
